I usually don't write a company after making a purchase but I felt this was necessary. I am extremely please with my order. When I placed my initial order on Friday there was a problem with my credit card. I received an e-mail almost immediately alerting me of this problem talk about wonderful customer service. I was not able to fix the problem until the following Monday. They offered to hold my order, as I had purchased the last of the item and chances were I would not be able to order another one. I don't know how I would have ever been able to get this extra special gift. Every site I went to was sold out and I found it at Time4Sports. I was finally able to place my order on Monday, it was shipped out the very same day. It is now Wednesday and I already received my package and it is in perfect condition! I just want to thank you for your outstanding customer service.

Hi Bobby! I just wanted to tell you I received my son's Peyton Manning Jersey the other day and it is just perfect!! Thank you for calling me and talking to me about the shipping and changing that for me. As at this point and time I am dealing with Amazon on an item that has still yet to be delivered to me and will not make it by Christmas morning for my little girl and they guaranteed it by the 20th, I just wanted to let someone know it was a blessing to deal with a company(even thou I had never dealt with you before) that was so professional and seemed to care about this customer.
