In 2006 Sterling Marlin began a new multi-year commitment with MB2 Motorsports to pilot the #14 Waste Management Chevy Monte Carlo on the NASCAR® NEXTEL® Cup Series. Marlin debuted the #14 Chevrolet ("14" is a tribute to his late father, Clifton "Coo Coo" Marlin, who used the car number during his career) at the Daytona® 500 race on 2/19/06.
