Shipping Time
Anticipated shipping time is within 24 hours on normal business days, Monday through Friday.
Return Policy Returns will be accepted up to 10 days after receipt. After that period, no returns will be accepted. You should contact us for a return number in order to return a non-damaged item. You will be responsible for shipping. Failure to call for a return number will result in a $40.00 re-stocking fee.
Pre-Order Product Purchases and Shipping Information
If an item is considered to be on "pre-order" status and is purchased by customers at the same time other "in-stock" items are purchased, those items would be shipped separately. As such, customers in this situation will be subject to a second shipping charge. Please note that credit cards will not be charged on "pre-order" products until they became "In-Stock."
